To create a unique connection with users, we aimed to immerse them in the poetic and artistic world of Maison Margiela. Our goal was to introduce the ingredients, stories, and creative processes behind their fragrances in an engaging and interactive way. We wanted to craft a digital experience that mirrored the brand’s creativity and excellence, offering something fresh and memorable.
With Bright, we developed a 3D immersive experience accessible directly online. Users could explore the Margiela Garden — where the plants and ingredients behind each fragrance came to life — diving into the brand's universe in a way that felt both personal and captivating.
To add depth, we included exclusive interviews with Maison Margiela’s perfumers, who shared behind-the-scenes stories and insights into their craft. These videos added a human touch, making the experience feel intimate and authentic. We also introduced mini-games where users could experiment with blending virtual scents, like mandarins and patchouli leaves, to better understand how fragrances are composed.
Overall, the project blended interactivity, storytelling, and visual elegance to convey Maison Margiela’s unique world and craftsmanship. It was designed to be not just informative, but also engaging and fun, offering a fresh way for users to connect with the brand.
As users navigated through the experience, they could collect digital Polaroids—virtual keepsakes that captured moments from their journey. These small, nostalgic touches added a layer of charm and encouraged exploration.


The experience is optimized for mobile, allowing users to explore the Margiela Garden anytime, anywhere. The mobile version retained the charm and interactivity of the desktop experience, ensuring the poetic and artistic essence of Maison Margiela remained intact. By blending storytelling, interactivity, and visual elegance, we created a seamless, engaging journey that reflected the brand’s creativity and craftsmanship across all devices.
