An immersive look inside the Athletes' Village before its official opening — discovering the architecture and unique features of the Quinconces district
Caisse des Dépôts, CDC Habitat, and Icade collaborated to create this innovative experience, aiming to showcase their section of the Athletes' Village
The tour highlights the philosophy behind the district’s development, its sustainable design principles, and the team responsible for bringing the project to life. Through exclusive interviews, users can virtually meet the individuals who designed and are constructing this exceptional space
The tour includes interactive elements such as educational content, mini-games, and motion design, all of which emphasize the group’s vision and expertise in delivering this large-scale development
Users can explore innovations like the "Cycle" building, which features a short-circuit approach to wastewater management, as well as material reuse and apartment reversibility
As users navigate the 3D environment, they can engage with editorialized mini-games that deepen their understanding of the sustainable design concepts
The experience also incorporates a gamified element, encouraging users to collect artifacts scattered throughout the district. This combination of exploration, interaction, and learning creates a comprehensive and engaging way to experience the Athletes' Village
